This stuff is incredible! I’ve been suffering from knee pain for a few years now and regularly take pain meds because of the severity of it. Most nights I can’t sleep without taking Aleve, Tylenol, or Ibuprofen. I originally ordered this balm because of shoulder pain I get from stress related knots, but I knew I had to try it on my knee. I couldn’t believe the relief I got from just a few swipes around my knee. The relief is fast and it lasts! If this works on my knee, just imagine what other muscle pains it could ease!
